CREATOR MANAGEMENT AGREEMENT This Creator Management Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between CDM Zone ("Company") and the Creator ("Creator") as identified in the platform account. 1. SERVICES PROVIDED CDM Zone agrees to provide the following services to the Creator: a) Social Media Growth Strategy — Content planning, audience targeting, and organic growth strategies for the Creator's Facebook page(s). b) Monetization Management — Setup and optimization of all available monetization features including Ad Breaks, Stars, Branded Content, and Reels Play Bonus. c) Technical Support — Complete technical management including monetization eligibility verification, policy compliance monitoring, copyright management, and page settings optimization. d) Analytics & Reporting — Access to a comprehensive analytics dashboard showing growth metrics, engagement statistics, and earnings reports. e) Brand Deal Facilitation — Connection with brands for sponsored content opportunities, rate negotiation, and campaign management. f) Account Protection — Proactive monitoring and implementation of best practices to prevent policy strikes, restrictions, and account limitations. g) 24/7 Creator Support — Dedicated support team available for content-related or page management queries. 2. REVENUE SHARE a) The Creator agrees to pay CDM Zone a revenue share of 20% (twenty percent) of all gross earnings generated through managed platforms. b) "Gross Earnings" includes but is not limited to: Ad Breaks revenue, Stars earnings, Reels Play Bonus, Branded Content fees, and any other monetization income facilitated through CDM Zone's management. c) The revenue share will be calculated on a monthly basis based on the earnings reported by the respective platform (Facebook, etc.). d) CDM Zone will provide a detailed monthly breakdown of gross earnings, platform fees, and net creator earnings through the Creator Dashboard. 3. PAYMENT TERMS a) Platform earnings will be deposited directly into the Creator's designated bank account as per the platform's standard payment schedule. b) CDM Zone's revenue share (20%) will be invoiced separately on a monthly basis and is due within 15 days of the invoice date. c) If the Creator earns zero revenue in any given month, no fees are charged — the Creator owes nothing to CDM Zone for that period. 4. TERM AND TERMINATION a) This Agreement is effective from the date of digital signature and continues until terminated by either party. b) Either party may terminate this Agreement by providing 30 (thirty) days written notice via email. c) Upon termination, CDM Zone will cease all management activities after the notice period. Any outstanding revenue share for the final month will be settled within 30 days. d) CDM Zone will not retain any access to the Creator's social media accounts after termination. 5. CREATOR OBLIGATIONS a) The Creator agrees to provide CDM Zone with necessary access to their Facebook page(s) for management purposes. b) The Creator will continue to create original content and maintain the creative direction of their page(s). c) The Creator agrees not to engage in activities that violate platform policies or compromise account standing. 6. CONFIDENTIALITY a) Both parties agree to keep confidential all non-public information shared during the course of this Agreement. b) CDM Zone will not share the Creator's personal data, analytics, or financial information with any third party without explicit consent. 7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY a) CDM Zone provides management services in good faith but does not guarantee specific revenue targets or follower growth numbers. b) CDM Zone is not responsible for changes in platform policies, algorithm updates, or monetization eligibility requirements set by Facebook or any other platform. 8. GOVERNING LAW This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi, India. By signing below, both parties acknowledge and agree to all terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.
